BRIJ MUSIC is an Indian DJ and electronic music artist whose journey began long before the club lights and festival stages.
His connection with music started when he got his first laptop around 2009–2010. Hours spent watching top international DJs, Tomorrowland aftermovies, commercial pop music videos, and live festival performances slowly turned curiosity into obsession, planting the seed for a life around electronic music.
In December 2016, Brij took his first professional step by enrolling at The Music School, Bangalore, where he formally learned DJing and completed the Pioneer Professional DJ Certificate Course. During this phase, he regularly attended practice sessions at the music school, sharpening his skills, experimenting with genres, and building strong fundamentals behind the console.
After completing his engineering degree, he moved to Bangalore to fully commit to music and officially began his DJ journey. He soon started working with a nightlife and club-management agency, gaining real-world exposure to Bangalore’s club ecosystem. This period marked his entry into club residencies, New Year’s Eve events, weekend gigs, and high-energy commercial nights.
Over the years, Brij performed as a Resident DJ at multiple venues across Bangalore, while also playing at several other clubs and lounges. These experiences helped him develop strong crowd-reading ability, smooth transitions, and adaptive set programming, comfortably handling warm-up sets, peak-hour club energy, and extended late-night sessions.
Later, professional commitments took him to Pune, followed by the global pause during COVID-19. During this time, he stayed connected to music by working from his home studio, refining his taste, learning production basics, and exploring electronic sound design.
In 2025, Brij relocated to Mumbai, marking a fresh and focused chapter in his journey. Today, BRIJ MUSIC represents a matured artist project—centered around open-format DJing, techno and electronic music production, and continuous artistic growth. He is actively working on original techno tracks, while also jamming, collaborating with friends, and planning to release music and upload DJ sets on YouTube.
BRIJ MUSIC is currently available for club residencies, events, and bookings, with a clear vision to build a long-term electronic music identity beyond nightlife alone.
